The Baptism of Edmund Rufus Manannàn markham

Teddy's baptism will take place at St Bartholomew Church in Oare at 12:00.
Following the service, we will return to our new gaff, The Granary, (short walk across the road) to wet his head and have a house warming party. Plenty of food and booze will be provided, soft drinks available on request. A baby buffet will be available for Teddy and his pals. Please let us know if you have dietary requirements so we can leer at you over our pork rolls.

Parking: Oare is a small village along a single track road. There is limited parking at the church and at the house, but feel free to park in the village providing residents can still get access.
Alternative parking can be found in Hermitage. It is a short walk to Oare with a track to the house/church by Hermitage Primary School.
Accomodation: For those traveling from far and distant lands, there are multiple hotels in the vicinity, including the Double Tree by Hilton.
Did somebody say Party?
After the baptism, all are welcome to join in the wetting of Teddy's head and raising a glass or five for us finally being in our new home. There will be various colours of wine, beer, probably some spirits and softies so fear not, you will suitably hydrated. For food, we will be getting a hog roast or a pizza van or both - either way, there will be vegetarian and gluten free options. All invited, the more the merrier.
Estimating the festivities will kick off at 13:00, when they end is up to you!

Dress Code: Relatively smart, we will be in the House of God after all. Fire extinguishers will be on hand should there be any spontaneous combustion.
